It is well known Rony Fineman was a close mate of Robert Maxwell, the thieving former British newspaper tycoon who drowned after falling off his yacht Ghislaine, named after his daughter Ghislaine Maxwell. Ghisline Maxwell made world headlines after she was convectid for child sex trafficking Thai girls, and other foreigin girls for the deceased financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Ghisline is now serving her sentence in a low-security prison in Tallahassee, Florida.
Rony Fineman worked as the General Manager of Maxwell’s Restaurants based in Covent Garden, London. He also holds an Irish passport.

Some time ago I was contacted by a group who were defrauded out of their Chanotes (deeds) by Nova.
Recently I have contacted some of the group members and I asked them if they would like a page on my website showing how they paid all their money for their condo and still did not get their Canote (deeds) for their property. None of them wanted to. I feel this was because of the consequences they would be subjected to; in other words, they were afraid and frightened. God knows what the consequences would be for them, but if it is anything like my consequences they could not handle it.
The second reason is; I am their last hope for them to have any chance of recouping their loses. When my case finally gets to criminal investigation stage, I want this scam that Nova, the big Rony Fineman carried out also investigated.
I have briefly outlined below how they were defrauded out of their money by Nova.
Within their Sales Agreement there was a payment plan, with the final percentage payable upon completion, which includes the Canote (all good so far). A short time before units was finished Nova asked investors to pay the remaining balance early in order to assist cash flow and in return was given a small discount. Many were willing to help as the development was almost complete and what could possibly go wrong!
In December 2024, I have now spoken to many locals in Pattaya about what Fineman has done. Everyone is aware of what Fineman is. They all say; "you won't get a dollar out of Fineman" I laugh and say, it's not over till the fat lady sings, and the fat lady is in rehearsal.
