I have outlined below why I have published this page.
1. I have called out a top law firm publicly publishing they committed fraud and corruption cover-up; protecting cartels, mafia, illuminate and deep states. With over sixteen barristers, solictors and Athorny at law, none of them wants to bring me to court? The link is below:
2. I have called out a Thai national bank for fraud and corruption cover-up protecting major criminals and all of the above, and the bank is not taking any legal action against me? neither is any Thai authority. The link is below:
3. No media news paper or news channel in Pattaya do not want's to do any publication on this. It's all swept under the carpet. Well I'm the carpet cleaner and I'm sweeping it all out in the open now!
4. Daranee Sanaree, the Nova Juristic manager brought me to the notary office to get a copy of my chanotes (deeds), to prove to me I owned the properties. The Chanote copies had totally different security markings on them, and the notary registrar’s signature and position of the signature did not match the originals. Although they came very close, any idiot could spot the difference. Feel free to download the images of the original and copy title deeds for a closer inspection.
5. Back in 2019, the Nova Plaza committee chairman Michael Kellett would not confirm to me that I owned the properties. Why?
6. I was told there was no court case as it was cancelled when they found my ten years of annual fees in another account. Total Bullshit.
7. In 2019, I personelly went into the Pattaya Anti Fraud and Coruption office to report what I knew. There was non follow up. I went into two police stations twice to report the fraud and there was no follow up. Now there is no choice for them but to conduct a criminal investigation into the Nova Group.
8. When the juristic committee chairman Peter Jeffrey, write's in an email "if the committee proceeded to court, the court would have had to inform the anti money laundering organisation about your illegal bank account" This is the real reason I have persued and would not back down.
Cartels, mafia, illuminati and deep states are all in bed together. That's the reason the world is the way it is today.
I did not give power of attorney to any lawyer to sign for one of my condos. I signed for it myself. This will have great significance later.
The amount of fraud and corruption happening in Thailand with investors losing their property is enormous. Most of it is due to corrupt Law firms, Lawyers, Barristers, and let’s not leave out developers, builders and sales agents. They are all in bed together. At the end of the day, it is the law firms who are protecting the corrupt fat cats criminals.
I will do an update on this story as soon as I can. I will also write an artical on X of exactly how they did it. It was planned to perfection, but they missed only one thing?
