At Nova Mirage Condominium located in Soi 16, Nakula Wongamat, Pattaya, The juristic manager Daranee Sansaree, along with the committee decided to cut off esssential services to an Irish condo owner at the complex.
This is a very serious situation because water is an essential service and nobody has any authority to cut water supply off to any humen being.
